The Certified Professional in Business Process Management certification exam draws on information from all three required BPM courses. Successfully completing the certificate program and passing the optional certification exam allows you to earn both a professional certificate and CPBPM certification, which validates your understanding of the core concepts of the program.

Mastering Data Management and Technology

This eight-week course focuses on the six phases of BPM methodology – assessment, design, modeling, implementation, monitoring and modification – and will teach you practical Lean Six Sigma techniques for effective data analysis and essential project planning concepts for streamlined BPM project management.

Successfully complete three required courses to earn your Certificate in Business Process Management.

Essentials of Business Process Management

This eight-week course focuses on the overall benefits of BPM within an enterprise, fundamental project planning, Lean Six Sigma tools, change management and the business and technology drivers essential for overall proper alignment with business objectives.

Advanced Process Strategy & Practices

This eight-week course focuses on the advantages and characteristics of Process-Based Organizations (PBO), how to facilitate BPM adoption and leverage business architecture and the powerful tools found in Centers of Excellence (CoE), including embedded workflows, data-decision making and business activity monitoring capabilities.

The Certificate in Business Process Management and CPBPM certification is open to professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of various process improvement techniques, including process change agents, consultants, IT professionals, procurement and acquisition managers, business-line managers and anyone who aspires to impact business process change.  

Each 100% online course in the Certificate in Business Process Management program is designed to maximize your interaction and collaboration with your classmates and instructors. Build your professional network through an interactive online learning environment that fosters peer-to-peer learning and learn from the different perspectives of professionals in a variety of fields.

This reduction is valid off the standard tuition fee rate of the listed courses offered by Villanova University with online administration by Bisk.
